  • ALL ENTRIES ARE GENERAL ADMISSION
  • SEATING IS LIMITED, BE PREPARED TO STAND
  • NO SEATS GUARANTEED or RESERVED
  • YOUR VIEW MAY BE OBSTRUCTED BY ANYTHING OR ANYONE IN FRONT OF YOU
  • ALL AGES ARE WELCOME
  • NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED WITHOUT THE PROPERLY COLORED BRACELET
  • OPENING ACTS WILL BEGIN AT (OR CLOSE TO) THE LISTED SHOWTIME.
  • YOU ALONE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR OWN BEHAVIOR
  • PIRACY PRODUCTIONS, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY INTO, OR CAUSE EJECTION FROM THE FOCUS ON HOUSTON FESTIVAL. ALL DECISIONS OF PIRACY PRODUCTIONS, LLC ARE FINAL

General Policy

  1. Guests showing signs of substance abuse or intoxication will be refused entry.
  2. All guests are subject to a search upon entering the facility.
  3. Guests refusing to be searched will be denied entrance and refunded their purchase price if purchased at the gate (excluding 33.3% service charge fees).
  4. No refunds of any purchases will be made if guest is subject to ejection from the Focus on Houston Festival.
  5. All on-line purchases are not subject to refund if entrance is denied.
  6. No rain refunds.
  7. Re-entry to the Focus on Houston Festival will be allowed, provided appropriate wrist bands in good repair are visible, and guest complies with all rules as if initially entering the site.
  8. The resale of bracelets is prohibited.
  9. Throwing any objects is prohibited, and grounds for ejection from site.
  10. The following items ARE NOT permitted at the Focus on Houston Festival, and guest will be subject to entrance refusal:
    • Aerosol cans
    • Alcoholic beverages
    • Animals, unless providing human assistance
    • Audio and Video equipment
    • Cameras
    • Firearms
    • Fireworks
    • Food brought onto the Focus on Houston Festival site
    • Glass containers
    • Laser Pointers
    • Non-plastic bottles, or lidded bottles
    • Radios
    • Umbrellas
    • Weapons
It is our intention for all guests to have an enjoyable experience while attending the Focus on Houston Festival. It is the intention of the Focus on Houston Festival to be family and children friendly. The Focus on Houston Festival reserves the right to eject any guest for profane language, lewd and/or lascivious actions, illegal actions, or behavior generally recognized as unsafe. The decisions of Piracy Productions, LLC are final.
